酒久保甘饮植物饮料的解酒护肝作用研究

目的:对酒久保甘饮植物饮料的解酒护肝作用进行评价,并探索其机制,为其后续开发提供实验依据。方法:采用小鼠防醉实验、乙醇致小鼠平衡失调实验和自主活动减少实验,研究酒久保甘饮植物饮料的解酒作用;采用灌胃白酒建立酒精性肝损伤模型小鼠,检测小鼠血清中的ALT和AST活性及小鼠肝匀浆中ADH、TG、SOD、MDA和GSH含量,研究酒久保甘饮植物饮料的护肝作用并探索其解酒护肝机制。结果:与空白对照组比较,酒久保甘饮植物饮料可以显著缩短小鼠睡眠时间(P <0.05);与模型对照组比较,酒久保甘饮植物饮料组小鼠5min内坠落次数显著减少(P <0.05),1 h内平衡时间明显延长(P <0.05),5 min内活动次数显著增加(P <0.05);酒久保甘饮植物饮料小鼠血清中AST活性显著降低(P <0.05或P <0.01);酒久保甘饮植物饮料小鼠肝匀浆中的TG和MDA含量显著降低(P <0.05或P <0.01),ADH的活性和GSH含量显著升高(P <0.05或P <0.01)。结论:酒久保甘饮植物饮料具有良好的解酒护肝作用,且其解酒护肝机制可能与提高乙醇脱氢酶活性和抗氧化作用有关。

Objective To investigate the effect and the mechanism of relieving alcoholism and protecting liver by the plant drink of JJBGY.Methods Mouse anti-drunk experiment,ethanol-induced mouse balance disorder experiment and autonomy activity reduction experiment were used to study the relieving alcoholism effect of JJBGY.Alcohol-induced liver injury model were established by intragastric administration of alcoholic.The activity of ALT and AST in mouse serum and the contents of ADH,TG,SOD,MDA and GSH in liver homogenate were detected to study the protecting liver effect of JJBGY.Results Compared with the control group,JJBGY can significantly shorten the sleep time（P〈0.05）;compared with the model group,JJBGY reduced significantly the Falling times in5 min（P〈0.05）,the equilibration time in 1 h and the number of activities within 5 min were increased significantly by JJBGY（P〈0.05）;the serum AST activity was decreased significantly（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,the TG and MDA in the liver homogenate were decreased significantly（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and the activity of GSH and ADH were increased significantly（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） by JJBGY.Conclusion JJBGY display the good effect of relieving alcoholism and protecting liver,and its mechanism may be related to the increase of alcohol dehydrogenase activity and anti-oxidation.
