壮药白苞蒿的紫外-可见光谱分析

Analysis of UV-Visible Spectra of Leaves of Artemisia Lactiflora

目的:建立白苞蒿药材的定性分析法。方法:以水、95%乙醇、石油醚及乙酸乙酯为溶剂分别进行回流提取、超声提取、浸渍提取,对提取液进行紫外-可见光谱法分析。结果:四种溶剂提取液的紫外可见光谱均有特征,95%乙醇、乙酸乙酯和石油醚各提取液的特征吸收峰较多、较强。结论:本研究可为白苞蒿鉴别和成分分析提供辅助依据。

Objective To establish qualitative identification methods for the Artemisia Lactiflora.Methods The Artemisia Lactiflora were identified by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy with water,95% ethanol,ethyl acetate and petroleum ether as solvent by reflux extraction,ultrasonic extraction and impregnation were carried out respectively.Results The four solvents have ultraviolet-visible spectra features.The characteristic absorption peaks of 95% ethanol,ethyl acetate and petroleum ether were stronger and stronger.Conclusion This research has found an auxiliary method to identify and component analysis Artemisia Lactiflora by the characteristic peak in UV-visible spectrum.
