体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术随着现代医学的进步快速发展,但低妊娠率和并发症仍然存在。因此,提高IVF-ET妊娠成功率和降低并发症是现代医学亟需解决的问题。近年来,以中医理论为指导不断探索和研究,中医药辅助在IVF-ET方面发挥了作用和优势。故将补肾健脾调肝法论治的理论研究进行总结,从而为中医药辅助在IVF-ET治疗提供理论依据。

In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer technology has developed rapidly with the advancement of modern medicine,but low pregnancy rates and complications still exist.Therefore,improve the IVF-ET pregnancy success rate and reduce complications is an urgent problem for modern medicine.In recent years,with the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory as a guide to continue to explore and research,Chinese medicine has played a role and advantage in IVF-ET adjuvant therapy.Therefore,the theoretical research on the treatment of kidney,spleen and liver is summarized,which provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of IVF-ET in Chinese medicine.
