西药联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎36例临床观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Western Medicine Combined with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Keli in Treating Herpetic Angina in Children

目的:观察西药联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法:选择72例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例。对照组给予利巴韦林治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用小儿豉翘清热颗粒,治疗周期均为7 d,治疗结束后比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组患儿退热时间、疱疹消退时间、流涎停止时间均显著短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组临床总有效率为91.67%,对照组为77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合西药治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效显著,可有效改善患儿临床症状及体征,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of children＇ s herpes angina treated by western medicine combined with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Keli.Methods 72 cases of herpes angina were selected and divided into observation group and control group randomly,each group was treated with 36 cases,the control group was given ribavirin,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Keli on the basis of the control group.The treatment cycle was 7 d,and the clinical effects of two groups were compared after treatment.Results The time of fever,herpes and dropout of the children in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the total clinical effective rate was 91.67% in the observation group and 77.78% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Western medicine combined with Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre Keli is effective in treating herpetic angina,and can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs.It is worthy of clinical application.
