某带厚板转换的高层住宅结构设计 被引量:2

摘要 南宁江南万达广场B地块住宅组团的7栋32~34层住宅楼均为A级高度的部分框支剪力墙结构。各栋住宅楼的建筑平面均呈蝶形,不规则且超长,通过在每栋楼平面中部设防震缝将其结构分为两个单元以解决结构抗扭刚度过弱等问题;防震缝两侧结构单元均呈Y字形平面,结构均存在扭转不规则、平面凹凸不规则、厚板转换和框支剪力墙等3项不规则项,个别楼还存在局部夹层,7栋楼均属于超限高层。以最具代表性的B7#楼为例介绍了设计中所采取的针对超限的计算及构造措施,主要对主体结构进行了小震弹性计算,静力弹性时程分析,罕遇地震动力弹塑性分析,并对关键构件和厚板进行了分析。结果表明,主体结构能满足规范要求,并能达到预期的抗震性能目标。 Seven residential buildings with 32~34 floors in B plot of Nanning Jiangnan Wanda Plaza are all A-class high-rise buildings that adopt partial frame-supported shear wall structure. The problem of weak torsional stiffness caused by irregular and overlong butterfly pantograph was solved by divide the structure into two units with anti-seismic joints in the center of the plan. The structural elements on both sides of the joints are Y-shaped. There are three irregularities in the structure, including torsion irregularity, plane concavity and convexity irregularity, thick plate transfer and frame-supported shear wall. Some buildings also have local interlayer, and all seven buildings belong to out-of-code high-rise buildings. Taking the most representative B7# building as an example, the out-of-code calculation and construction measures in the design were introduced. Elastic calculation under frequent earthquake, static elastic time-history analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake were conducted on the main structure, and the key components and thick plate were analyzed. The results show that the main structure can meet the specification requirements and achieve the expected seismic performance objectives.
