月经前痤疮与月经周期相关,肝肾充足与冲任和调影响着月经的产生和周期性来潮,故肝肾不足、冲任失调是导致本病发生的基础;还与寒、热、湿、痰、瘀等因素密不可分,且常常虚实夹杂、寒热并存。应将其辨为上热下寒或表热里寒的厥阴证。可从厥阴论治,寒温并施,兼顾调经。

The premenstrual acne is related to menstrual cycle.The adequacy of liver-kidney and harmony of Chong and Ren meridians effect on menstrual generation and menstrual tide.Therefore,the deficiency of liver-kidney and disharmony of Chong and Ren meridians are basis of causing this disease to occur.This disease is also inseparable from cold,heat,dampness,phlegm,blood stasis,etc.other factors,and commonly with intermingling deficiency-excess and coexisting cold-heat.It should be differentiated as Jueyin syndrome of upper heat and lower cold or heat in the exterior and cold in the interior,and can be treated from the theory of Jueyin with combined therapy of cooling with warming and taking care of regulation of menstruation.
