小儿肺炎支原体肺炎证素分布及组合规律文献研究

Study on literatures on distribution and combinational law of syndrome elements of children mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

目的:基于文献探究小儿肺炎支原体肺炎证素的分布及组合规律。方法:收集近10年小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的相关文献并整理,运用频率描述的方法进行统计分析。结果:共纳入合格文献234篇,共计2009条记录。小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的空间性病位证素以肺、脾为主,其次为肝、心、胃、肾、大肠、胆;层次性(时间性)病位证素有血分、营分、厥阴、表、气分。而病性证素则以火(热)、痰、气闭、风、气虚、阴虚、瘀、湿、寒、燥、毒、气郁、气滞、阳虚、浊、饮;其组合形式以三证素组合最多见,其次为四证素组合,二证素组合最少;基础证主要有痰热闭肺证、风热闭肺证、肺脾气虚、阴虚肺热、风寒犯肺,毒热闭肺、湿热闭肺及燥邪犯肺。结论:小儿肺炎支原体肺炎证素分布及组合存在一定的规律,可为进一步研究提供参考。

Objective：Based on literatures to study the distribution and combinational law of syndrome elements of children mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods：The related literatures on children mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in recent 10 years were collected and collated,and analyzed statistically by method of frequency description. Results：A total of 234 qualified literatures were included,and the records were a total of 2009.The syndrome elements of spatial disease location of children mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were mainly lung and spleen,secondly liver,heart,stomach,kidney,large intestine and gallbladder. The syndrome elements of hierarchical （including disease state） disease location were bloodsystem,ying system,Jueyin,exterior of body,edema caused by qi disorder. But the syndrome elements of sickness nature were fire（heat）,phlegm,qi blockage,wind,qi deficiency,yin deficiency,blood stasis,dampness,cold,dryness,toxin,qi depression,qi stagnation,yang deficiency,turbidity and fluids. Their combination froms were most commonly combination of three syndrome elements,secondly combination of four syndromeelements,while combination of two syndrome elements was least.The basic syndromes were mainly phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome,wind-heat obstructing the lung syndrome,lung-spleen qi deficiency,lung heat due to yin deficiency,wind-cold attacking lung,heat-toxicity blocking lung,dampness and heat blocking the lung and dryness pathogen invading lung. Conclusion：The distribution and combination of syndrome elements of children mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia exist the certain rules.
