Operation and maintenance of double iron mouth 30°

2017年,韶钢6号高炉实施强化冶炼攻关,高炉日产由3200吨提高至3600吨,出铁模式由单铁口改双铁口轮流出铁,通过双铁口交替出铁操作维护实践,总结了双铁口30°夹角条件下高炉炉前操作中出现的各种问题,同时对小夹角铁口泥包的形成机理与打泥量的合理控制进行探索,提出了一系列铁口操作维护技术,为高炉炉前操作人员控制合理的铁口深度,保证高炉铁口安全,降低炉前劳动量提供了借鉴。

In 2017,the blast furnace of no.6 blast furnace shaogua iron and steel co.,ltd.,will be strengthened and the furnace will be upgraded to 3,600 tons from 3,200 tons.The iron pattern will be changed from single iron to double iron.Out in this article,though double iron mouth alternating iron operation and maintenance practice,summarizes the double hole blast furnace under the condition of 30°Angle before the various problems occurred in operation,at the same time on the formation mechanism of the small Angle iron mouth balling and exploration on the reasonable control of the amount of mud,put forward a series of taphole blast furnace operation and maintenance technology,for the blast furnace operator control before reasonable hole depth,to ensure the safety of blast furnace iron mouth,lower the labor before furnace to provide the reference.
