水钢提高2500m^3高炉煤气利用率的生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善水钢2500m3的4#高炉的煤气分布,提高煤气利用率,对操作制度进行了优化。优化后的高炉操作制度参数:矿批约50t,焦批约10t,料线深度1.3 m,布料矩阵C38 335 232 230 227 216 2O35 233 231 230 228 1,风口面积0.3391m2,风量4650~4800m3/min,鼓风速度240m/s,风温1200℃,风压400kPa,鼓风动能94.08~102.9kJ·s-1。操作制度优化后,煤气利用率大于47%,最大理论煤气利用率为50.02%,且高炉燃料比小于530kg/t。 In order to improve the distribution of coal gas in No.4 blast furnace with volume of 2500 m3 in Shuigang and increase utilization rate of coal gas in the furnace,the operational methods of the blast furnace were optimized.The parameters of operational methods optimized were the following:the weight of a batch of ore was about 50 t,the weight of a batch of coke was about 10 t,the distance from furnace throat to burden surface was 1.3 m,the burden distribution matrix was C38 335 232 230 227 216 2 O35 233 231 230 228 1,the total area of all blast nozzles was 0.3391 m^3,the blast capacity was 4650-4800 m3/min,the blast speed was 240 m/s,the blast temperature was 1200℃,the blast pressure was 400 kPa and the blast momentum was 94.08-102.9 kJ·s^-1.After the operational methods were optimized,the utilization rate of coal gas in the blast furnace was larger than 47%,the theoretical maximum of utilization rate of coal gas in the blast furnace was 50.02% and the ratio of fuel to pig iron was less than 530 kg/t.
