大型文化演绎项目游客体验满意度影响因素研究——以武汉“知音号”观光游轮为例

Study onfactors influencing visitor experience satisfaction of large cultural deduction project:a case study of “Zhiyin”

以武汉市新地标性大型文化演绎项目"知音号"为例,设计了大型文化演绎项目游客满意度影响因素量表,共发放问卷280份,实收268份,有效问卷257份,利用SPSS19.0分析软件进行因子分析与相关性分析。通过因子分析,探索出影响大型文化演绎项目游客体验的六大因素,即环境体验、服务体验、设施体验、剧目体验、创新体验、文化特色体验;通过相关性分析,发现这六大因素对游客体验满意度存在着显著影响,验证了因子分析结果。最后针对六大影响因素提出相关的意见和建议。

This article takes the Wuhan City Zhiyin as an example, and designs a scale of influencing factors of tourist satisfaction for large cultural deductive projects. A total of 280 questionnaires were issued, 268 actually received, 257 valid, and factor analysis and correlation analysis were conducted using SPSS19 . 0 analysis software. Through factor analysis, the paper explores six factors that affect the tourist experience of large cultural deductive projects, namely, environmental experience, service experience, facilities expe rience, repertoire experience, innovation experience, and cultural characteristics experience. Through cor relation analysis, it is found that these six factors have a significant impact on tourist experience satisfac tion, and the results of factor analysis are verified. Finally, the article puts forward some opinions and suggestions for the six influential factors.
