摘要
以合欢皮为原材料,以水为提取溶剂,以提取时间、提取温度和料液比为单一变量的基础上,以响应面法进行建模研究合欢皮多糖的最佳提取工艺,考察提取时间、提取温度和液料比对合欢皮中多糖提取得率的影响。实验结果确定合欢皮多糖的最佳提取工艺为提取时间5h,液料比20∶1,提取温度74℃,通过去除蛋白质和去除色素分离纯化得到合欢皮多糖纯度为87.61%。以合欢皮多糖对ABTS自由基和超氧根离子的清除能力实验证实了合欢皮多糖的抗氧化性能。
Albizzia julibrussin was used as raw material and water as extraction solvent. With extraction time, extraction temperature and ratio of liquid to solid foundation for the establishment of a single factor, the response surface method polysaccharide model, the optimum extraction process of Polysaccharide on the effects of extraction time, extraction temperature and solid--liquid ratio on extraction yield of Albizzia julibrussin polysaccharide, the optimum extraction conditions were 5.0 h, extraction temperature 7 ℃, liquid material ratio 20 mL/g, and under this condition, by removing protein and pigment, the highest ex traction rate of polysaccharides was 87.61%. The experiment confirmed that Albizzia julibrussin polysac charide could Scaveng the ABTS radicals and superoxide radicals, so Albizzia j ulibrussin polysaccharide has the antioxidant activity of Polysaccharides.
