摘要
一般的四轴飞行器对于电池续航能力和充电设备有很强的依赖性,为了延续四轴飞行器的续航能力,讨论一个智能化的充电设备机构的研究方向,提出一种四轴飞行器智能充电装置夹具机构.通过结构分析和对比计算,选择相应的机构组件,以SolidWorks Simulation分析应力,结合现有的机械夹具设备和成熟的充电装置设计出一种可用于四轴飞行器智能充电的新型定位基座夹具机构,改善传统充电方式,提高四轴飞行器续航能力,为四轴飞行器的发展做出进一步的技术完善.
The common four-axis aircrafts have a strong dependence on the endurance capacity of the battery and charging equipment. In order to lengthen the cruising ability of four-axis aircrafts, a research orientation of the intelligentized charging equipment structure is discussed and the clamping mechanism of the intelligentized charging device for four-axis aircrafts is raised in this paper. Based on the structural analysis and contrast calculation, the corresponding structural element is selected after using SolidWorks Simulation to analyze stress. Besides, a new type positioning foundation support for the clamping mechanism four-axis aircrafts is also combined with the existing mechanical clamping devices as well as the mature charging equipment. The design improves the traditional charging method. Thus, it enhances the capability of four-axis vehicle to further improve of the technology for the development of four-axis aircraft.
