摘要
生态透水混凝土铰接块具有自重低、强度高、孔隙率大、渗透性强、碱性水化产物少等特点,在作为护坡衬砌结构应用时,可通过柔性缆绳连接形成整体片状结构,强化整体稳定的效果。通过在北引红旗干渠的应用表明:该结构在冻融循环作用下能够保持整体稳定,适应冻胀变形的能力强于雷诺护垫结构;多孔透水的结构特点可及时排出渠体内的水分,降低冻前含水量,有效削减冻胀;长期浸泡pH值小,适合植被生长,是一种适合在寒区渠道衬砌工程中应用的生态性护坡结构。
The ecological precast pervious concrete hinged block had characteristics of low weight, high strength, large porosity, strong permeability and less alkaline hydration products. When it was used as a slope lining structure, the whole flake structure can be formed through flexible cables to enhance the overall stability. Through the application in Honghqi trunk canal of North Nenjiang Conveyance Project, it is shown that the structure can maintain overall stability under freeze thaw cycles, and its ability to adapt to frost heave is superior to the Renault pad. Its porous permeable structure can discharge water from the canal bank in time, which leaded to the decrease of water content before freezing, the result can reduced frost heave effectively. Its pH value in long term immersion was small and suitable for vegetation growth. The ecological precast permeable concrete hinged block revetment was an ecological slope protection structure suitable for lining works in cold regions.
