胆道系统恶性肿瘤患者凝血功能变化的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Blood Coagulation Function Changes in Patients with the Biliary Tract Malignant Tumor

目的:探讨胆道系统恶性肿瘤与凝血功能的关系,寻找凝血功能变化与淋巴结转移的关系。方法:选取102例我院收治的胆道系统恶性肿瘤患者作为观察组,取80例同期健康体检者作为对照组。检测各组凝血指标PT、INR、APTT、TT、FIB和DD,比较两组间凝血指标的差异,并分析凝血功能变化和胆道系统恶性肿瘤淋巴结转移的关系。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者各凝血指标PT、INR、APTT、TT、FIB和DD均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组中,有淋巴结转移和无淋巴结转移患者的PT、INR、APTT、TT、FIB和DD差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:胆道系统恶性肿瘤患者凝血功能指标异常。监测凝血功能,为患者病情评估及高凝干预治疗提供一定的参考依据。

Objective：To explore the relationship between the blood coagulation function and the biliary tract malignant tumor,and to find out the relationship between the blood coagulation function and lymph node metastasis. Methods： 102 patients with the biliary tract malignant tumor in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and 80 healthy persons in the same period were taken as healthy control group. The blood coagulation indexes PT, INR, APTT, TT, FIB and DD were measured to compare the difference between the two groups, and the relationship between the change of blood coagulation function and the lymph node metastasis of the biliary tract malignant tumor was analyzed. Results ： Compared with the healthy control group, the blood coagulation indexes PT, INR, APTT, TT, FIB and DD were significantly increased in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference in PT, INR, APTT,TT, FIB, and DD in the patients with lymph node metastasis and non-lymph node metastasis （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion ： Abnormal coagulation function is found in patients with the biliary tract malignancies. Monitoring the blood coagulation function can provide certain reference basis for patients＇ condition assessment and hypercoagulability intervention therapy.
