盐酸米诺环素联合光动力治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨盐酸米诺环素联合光动力疗法在中重度痤疮患者中应用效果。方法:选取我院皮肤科收治的中重度痤疮患者(61例),按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(30例)给予盐酸米诺环素治疗,观察组(31例)给予盐酸米诺环素联合光动力治疗,观察比较两组临床治疗效果及治疗前后症状改善(Gags)评分变化情况,并统计两组不良反应发生情况及治疗前后生活质量评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90. 32%,高于对照组的70. 00%(P <0. 05);治疗1个月后两组Gags评分均低于治疗前,且观察组治疗1个月后Gags评分低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组不良反应发生率为12. 90%,对照组为10. 00%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗1个月后观察组社会功能、自我感知、情感功能各维度生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:光动力联合盐酸米诺环素可降低中重度痤疮患者Gags评分,改善其临床症状,提高患者生活质量,疗效确切,安全可靠。
