经济学专业“五位一体”应用型人才培养模式的应用实践——以玉林师范学院为例

Practice of “Five in One” Applied Talents Training Mode in Economics Specialty——Taking Yulin Normal University as an Example

结合地方高校转型和服务地方经济发展的需求,本文对经济学专业应用型人才培养方案进行了探索和实践。针对现有地方院校应用型人才培养的不足,本文提出了针对经济学专业的"五位一体"的应用型人才培养模式、"五位一体"的理论教学体系、"五位一体"的实践教学体系、"五位一体"的教学质量监控体系等,并在实践中应用,取得了良好成效。

Combining with the transformation of local colleges and universities and the demand of serving local eco-nomic development, this paper explores and practices the training scheme of applied talents in economics special-ty. In view of the insufficiency of training applied talents in local colleges and universities, this paper puts forwardthe training mode of ＂five in one＂, ＂five in one＂ theoretical teaching system, ＂five in one＂practical teach-ing system, ＂five in one＂ teaching quality monitoring system and so on, and puts them into practice. The ap-plication has achieved good results.
