实践导向下师范生教学技能训练的问题与改进策略探析 被引量:1

摘要 教学技能是师范生从教必备的专业素质之一,教学技能训练是把师范生培养成合格教师的环节。针对当前师范生教学技能训练存在的师范生教学技能训练不系统不全面、指导师范生教学技能训练的师资不足、教学技能训练评价不规范、技能训练硬件设施结构性失衡、师范生自主训练不强等问题,本文建议以实践为导向,建立开放立体式技能实训课程群,创新教学方法与训练方式,实行"U-S"技能训练双导师制,改善训练的硬件设施条件,提高师范生自主训练意识,革新与优化师范生教学技能训练模式。 Teaching skill is one of the necessary professional qualities for normal students. In view of the problemsexisting in the training of normal students' teaching skills at present,such as unsystematic and incomplete trainingof normal students' teaching skills,insufficient teachers to guide the training of normal students' teaching skills,non-standard evaluation of teaching skills training,structural imbalance of skills training hardware facilities,andweak autonomous training of normal students,this paper suggests to be practice-oriented. Establish open three-di-mensional skills training curriculum group,innovate teaching methods and training methods,implement the"U-S"skills training Double Tutorial system,improve the training hardware facilities,enhance the awareness of self-training of normal students,innovate and optimize the teaching skills training mode of normal students.
