中国急性缺血性脑卒中急诊诊治专家共识中医救治解读

Interpretation of chinese traditional medicine＇s chapter in emergency experts consensus for the early management of patients with acute ischemic stroke

2018年首部由急诊危重病领域专家们共同讨论急性缺血性脑卒中（AIS）的急诊诊治共识已全文发表，共识中首次纳入了中医内容。本文从中医的病因病机、辨证分型及针灸治疗等几方面对该部分内容进行解读，并探讨了在制定该部分内容时的思考，希冀更好的服务临床。

The first edition of emergency medical consensus for early management of patients with acute ischemic stroke （AIS） which was discussed by critical medical experts of China has been published in 2018. It is the first time that content of Traditional Chinese Medicine was accepted in Western medicine common view. This article interprets the content of Traditional Chinese Medicine from etiology and pathogenesis, differentiation and classification, acupuncture treatment. The problems which were in formulating content of Traditional Chinese Medicine are also discussed in the article. The purpose of the article is to do more efforts for improving clinical efficacy.
