摘要 CO2气体是造成温室效应的主要因素,使用TDLAS检测技术是检测CO2气体浓度的一种测量精度出色、稳定性高的方法。针对TDLAS型的CO2气体检测系统,研制了一种1581 nm波长VCSEL激光器的温控系统。系统采用LPC54102作为主控芯片,主控器实时地读取温度采集电路采集到的温度值,与温度设定值进行比较,偏差信号经过数字PID算法计算后得到新的控制值输出,经过TEC驱动电路控制热电制冷器,实现对VCSEL激光器的精确控温。经过测试验证,温度控制系统能够快速、精确、稳定地控制温度,响应时间小于40 s且控温精度达到±0.01℃。所设计的温控系统不仅可以运用于CO2气体检测系统中,也可以应用于其他气体检测系统的温控设计。 CO2 gas is the main cause of greenhouse effect,TDLAS detection technology is a method for detecting CO2 gas concentration with excellent measurement accuracy and high stability. In this paper,a temperature control system for 1581 nm wavelength VCSEL laser has been implemented for the TDLAS type CO2 gas detection system. This system uses LPC54102 chip as the main controller,the chip reads the temperature value collected by the temperature acquisition circuit in real time,and compares with the temperature set value to obtain the deviation signal. Then the signal is calculated by the digital proportional integral differential algorithm to obtain a new control value output,which controls the TEC to change the temperature of the laser through the DRV592 driver chip. Experimental results indicate that,the temperature control system is capable of accurately and stably controlling the temperature,the response time is less than 40 seconds and the temperature control accuracy is ± 0.01 ℃. The designed temperature control system not only can be used in the CO2 gas detection system,but also can be applied to the temperature control design of other gas detection systems.
