激光固化3D打印技术在公共设施设计中的应用

摘要 公共设施设计是城市规划的重要研究课题,城市公共设施的空间分布与组织直接影响到城市的布局结构以及城市生活的质量。为了提高城市公共设施设计的合理性,传统3D打印方法中,对公共设施的图像设计方法主要采用的是立体匹配和像素级视差分析方法,但是传统方法存在图像特征点与轮廓信息的配准程度不高的问题。因此,提出基于连续激光固化3D打印技术的公共设施设计方法。首先采用激光3D打印技术进行公共设施的图像信息采集,对采集的公共设施3D打印图像进行边缘轮廓信息特征提取,然后采用连续激光固化方法进行边缘相关性种子点匹配,实现公共设施3D打印图像特征点与轮廓信息最佳匹配,提高公共设施设计的有效性,最后进行公共设施设计的仿真试验分析。试验结果表明,采用该方法进行公共设施设计,输出3D打印图像的特征点配准性较高,不仅可以适用于重合度较低的图像之间的配准,还可以应用于运动场景图像或者是含有遮盖物体图像之间的配准,其图像打印平稳,精度高,对打印图像每一截面平整度控制较好,其图像成像质量较好,能够展现出较好的设计效果,为今后城市其它公共设施的布局方案的设计提供一种有益借鉴和思路。 Design of public facilities is an important research topic of urban planning,the spatial distribution and organization of urban public facilities directly affect the quality of urban life. In order to improve the rationality of city public facilities design,in traditional 3 D printing method,the image design method of public facilities mainly based on stereo matching and pixel disparity analysis,but the image registration of feature points and contour information is not high. Therefore,the design method of public facilities based on continuous laser curing 3 D printing technology is put forward. Firstly,use 3 D laser printing technology for image information collection of public facilities,carry out the edge contour information extraction of public facilities 3 D printing images,and then use a continuous laser curing method for correlation seed point matching to realize the best match of public facilities 3 D printing image feature points and contour information and the improvement of public facilities design effectiveness. Finally carry out the simulation analysis.The results show that this method has high matching rate of 3 D feature points,which can not only be applied to the lower coincidence degree images but also the registration matching between motion and with object covering scene images.The image print is smooth,precision is high,the flatness control of printing images each section is better and the image quality is good. It shows the good effect and provides a useful reference for the design of other public facilities in the future.
