摘要 传统ARCMIS系统进行地理信息处理和显示时,存在运行效率低以及地理信息描绘结果粗糙问题,应用性差。设计基于激光遥感的地理信息系统,其由数据管理模块、三维地理信息处理模块、场景控制模块和网络传输模块构成,数据管理模块通过GPS设备和激光遥感设备采集所需的地理信息,三维地理信息处理模块采用三维地理信息模型对地理信息进行描述,采用OpenGl函数对软件处理的激光遥感图像融合结果实施地理信息三维描绘,场景控制模块分析实际地理场景,确保系统的主循环正常进行使地理信息定位更为准确,网络传输模块依靠RS 422协议使用户与服务端进行有效通讯,实现地理信息的有效传输。系统软件将激光雷达测得的光谱遥感图像处理为三维地理信息处理模块可接收的融合图像。实验结果说明,所设计系统运行效率高、稳定性强,具有较高的应用性。 When processing and displaying geographic information,it has low operational efficiency and rough results of geographical information description,and its application is poor. The geographic information system based on laser remote sensing is designed,which consists of data management module,3 D geographic information processing module,scene control module and network transmission module. The data management module collects the required geographic information through the GPS equipment and the laser remote sensing equipment,and the 3 D geographic information processing module uses the 3 D Geographic information model. The OpenGl function is used to describe the geographic information of the laser remote sensing image fusion results processed by the software,and the scene control module is used to analyze the actual geographic scene,to ensure that the main circulation of the system is normal to make the location of the geographic information more accurate. The network transmission module relies on the RS 422 protocol to achieve effective communicate and effective transmission of geographic information. The software of the system processes the spectral remote sensing image measured by lidar as a fusion image that can be received by three-dimensional geographic information processing module. The experimental results show that the designed system has high efficiency,strong stability and high applicability.
