智慧安防社区建设是一项系统的工程,包括警情处置主体的多元化、治安防控对象的多样化、安防方式的智能化。在构建智慧安防社区框架中,为了实现警情处置的精准化、处置流程的标准化、警务服务机制的协同化,就必须对智慧社区的构建要素进行归纳剖析,寻找其内在机理与系统逻辑,并在此基础上搭建智慧安防社区建设的总体构架,探索其评估体系和建设模式。

The construction of smart safe community is a systematic engineering, which includes diverse parties to deal with crisis, diverse subjects under police surveillance and diverse smart fire prevention methods. In building smart safe community, in order to deal with crisis precisely and in the standard way and coordinate service-offering mechanism it is necessary to analyze main elements of constructing smart community and to look for intrinsic principles and logics. Based on this foundation, the general structure of smart community can be built and evaluation systems and construction modes can be explored.
