浅谈老旧小区安全防范中的难点及对策——以上海市奉贤区为例

Humble Discussion of Difficulties Concerning Security and Prevention in Old Residential Quarters and Countermeasures——Take Fengxian District for Example

小区的安全防范一直是群众关注的热点问题,特别是小区保安的履职情况甚至一度成为安全防范的短板。相比于新建小区,老旧小区普遍存在着不少问题和管理难点。要在对小区物业运行、保安配置、物防技防情况、防范制度的制订和履行、发案情况等方面进行梳理的基础上,探索有针对性的措施和建议,以更好地强化老旧居民小区的安全防范。

As security and prevention are always hot issues that the public are concerned with, how securities in residential quarters perform their duties becomes a vulnerability to security and prevention. Compared with new residential quarters, old ones have a lot of problems and troubles related with management. Based on the clarification of operation of property management companies, security configuration, technology-related prevention, making and implementation of security mechanisms, crime rate and so on, it is necessary to explore the making of relevant measures and suggestions so as to enhance security and prevention in old residential quarters.
