摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定养肝解毒丸中龙胆苦苷、马钱苷、迷迭香酸、丹皮酚和五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法:采用Waters HSS C_(18)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇(A)-0. 5%的磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱;柱温:30℃;流速:1. 0 m L·min^(-1);检测波长:马钱苷、五味子醇甲240 nm,龙胆苦苷、丹皮酚275 nm,迷迭香酸330 nm。结果:龙胆苦苷、马钱苷、迷迭香酸、丹皮酚和五味子醇甲的线性范围分别为5. 60~280、4. 56~228、2. 03~101. 5、6. 82~341、2. 18~109μg·m L^(-1)(r≥0. 999 3),5种成分的平均加样回收率(n=6)分别为99. 1%、98. 1%、98. 5%、96. 9%、97. 4%,RSD分别为0. 9%、0. 8%、1. 5%、1. 5%、1. 7%。结论:本法结果准确,重现性好,可用于养肝解毒丸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of gentiopicroside, loganin, rosmarinic acid, paeonol and schisandrol A in Huexuexiaozhong pills. Methods: A stable HPLC method was established and the sepa- ration was carried on a Waters Hss C18 column, the mobile phase consisted of methanol(A)-0.5% (w)phosphoric acid(B) in a gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min- 1 and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm for loganin and schisandrol A, 275 nm for gentiopicroside and paeonol, 330 nm for roslnarinic acid, respectively. Result: The linear ranges of gentiopicroside, loganin, rosmarinic acid, paeonol and sehisandrol A were 5.60-280, 4.56-228, 2.03 -101.5, 6.82 -341 and 2. 18 -109 μg·mL-1( r≥ 0. 999 3), respectively. The average recovery were 99. 1% , 98. 1% , 98.5% , 96.9% and 97.4% , RSD were 0.9% , 0.8% , 1.5% , 1.5% and 1.7%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Yanggan- jiedu pills.
