基于ANSYS的新型竹隔堤结构受力特性计算

摘要 在围涂吹填造地工程中,用于围区分区的传统隔堤属临时工程且造价较高,在毛竹资源丰富的地区期望采用竹隔堤结构替代传统隔堤,既能降低工程造价又有利于围区的水土保持和生态环境保护.以浙江省台州东部新区围区涂面整理工程为例,基于ANSYS软件,采用有限元法,在最不利控制工况下计算研究竹结构横撑位置、斜撑位置、排架跨度和排架榀数变化时,竹隔堤结构变形特性,其影响曲线可用于竹隔堤结构选型与优化设计;计算撑杆受力特性,分析得到竹隔堤结构最容易破坏位置和破坏形式. The traditional embankment for the enclosed area is a temporary project and has a high cost. It is expected that the bamboo embankment structure will replace the traditional embankment in the resourcerich areas of bamboo, which will save the project cost, benefit the area soil and water conservation and ecological environment protection. Based on the ANSYS software, the finite element method is used to calculate the bamboo structure cross brace position, the bracing position, the bay span and the bay frame under the most unfavorable control conditions. The influence curve can be used in the selection and optimization of the structure of the bamboo embankment; and the stress characteristics of the bamboo embankment structure can be used to analyze the structure and the failure mode of the bamboo embankment structure.
