摘要
针对目前我国潜艇装备管理不能有效地实时定位、预测设备故障,以及不能对设备进行集中管控等不足,结合故障预测与健康管理(Prognostics and Health Management, PHM)技术在提高装备的战备完好率、任务成功率以及降低维修保障费用等方面优势,在深入探讨PHM的概念、基本内涵及其应用现状的基础之上,建立了基于PHM的潜艇故障预测与健康管理体系结构,并重点论述了结构框架中所包含的关键技术及其实现方法.所提出的潜艇装备管理方法能够提高潜艇的安全性和可维护性,为我国下一步的潜艇装备故障预测与健康管理系统建设提供了一定的理论依据.
In light of China's submarine equipment management can not effectively locate in real time or predict equipment failure, and also can not to achieve centralized control of equipment at present, this paper combines the advantages of prognostics and health management (PHM) technology in improving equipment readiness, mission success rate and maintenance cost, and discusses the concept, basic connotation and application status of PHM based on the above, the PHM-based submarine fault prediction and health management architecture is established; meanwhile, the key technologies contained in the structural framework and how to implement them are discussed. The submarine equipment management method proposed in this paper can improve the safety and maintainability of the submarine, so as to provide a certain theoretical basis for the next submarine equipment failure prediction and health management system construction.
