摘要
以高中压阀门产品为例,建立了分布式参数化智能产品平台(Distributed Parameterized Intelligent Product Platform, DPIPP)模型.采用统一建模语言(Unified Modeling Language, UML)研究了DPIPP数据库的设计,建立了DPIPP数据库物理模型和逻辑模型,提出了DPIPP数据库的实现方法.结合实例阀门产品数据,对阀门PLM数据库中挖掘分析出的参数化数据资源进行了整合,完成了平台数据库的资源导人;并使用Java语言和SQL Server 2008初步开发了产品平台数据库管理系统.
Taking the high and medium pressure valve for example, the model of distributed parameterized intelligent product platform (DPIPP) is established. The design of the DPIPP database is studied by using unified modeling language (UML). The physical model and logical model of DPIPP database are established and the implementation method of DPIPP database is achieved. Combined with the specific product data, the parameterized data resource mined from the PDM/PLM database are integrated to complete the resource import of platform database. The product platform database management system is developed by using the Java language and SQL Server 2008.
