马铃薯收获机传动齿轮优化设计

摘要 以马铃薯收获机变速箱锥齿轮为研究对象进行优化设计,以体积最小为优化目标,利用MATLAB优化工具箱得到锥齿轮的结构尺寸,利用SolidWorks有限元分析工具Simulation进行应力分析,验证了优化设计结果的合理性。 Optimal design was carried out by taking bevel transmission gear of potato harvester gearbox as research object,and minimum volume as optimal object,gear's structure size were obtained by MATLAB optimization toolbox,stress analysis of designed gear was carried out with SolidWorks Simulation,rationality of optimization design results were verified.
