农田水利管理体制改革困境

Difficulties of Management System in Reform of Water Conservancy

农田水利管理工作是农田管理中的重要内容,关系着农业的发展以及农村经济的进步。但是当前的农田水利管理体制还存在很多问题,需要针对农田水利管理体制的不足做出一定的改革。但农田水利管理体制改革中还存在一定的困境,导致改革不彻底。主要对我国当前农田水利管理体制改革中存在的困境进行分析。

Water conservancy is an important part of farmland management,which is related to development of agriculture and progress of rural economy.However,there were still many problems in current water conservancy management system,which need to take some reforms of management system completely.Difficulties existing in reform of management system of water conservancy was analyzed.
