Study on Tensile Strength of Adhesively Bonded Joints for GFRP and Stainless Steel

摘要 对GFRP-不锈钢套管胶接接头进行拉伸实验,研究胶接接头胶层长度以及胶层厚度对胶接接头强度的影响。结果表明,随着胶层长度的增加,胶接接头的抗拉强度增大;随着胶层厚度的增加,抗拉强度先增大后减小,在胶层厚度为0. 4 mm时接头的抗拉强度最大;胶层厚度并不是越大越好,胶层厚度过大,胶层产生气孔、气泡、裂纹等缺陷的概率越大。 Tensile test of adhesively bonded joints for GFRP and stainless steel was carried out to study the effects of adhesive layer’s length and thickness on strength of the joints. The results showed that with the increase of the length of the adhesive layer,the tensile strength of the adhesively joint increased; that with the increase of adhesive layer’s thickness,the tensile strength first increased and then decreased,and when the thickness was 0. 4 mm,the tensile strength of the joint was the highest. When the thickness of the adhesive layer was beyond a certain range,the probability of the occurring of porosity,bubble,crack and other defects was great.
