摘要
介绍光固化成型技术的基本原理和研究现状,分析我国无人机植保喷头的研发特点。利用光固化成型技术制备无人机植保常用的扇形喷头,并搭建基于激光粒度分析仪的喷雾性能检测试验台进行试验。试验数据表明,基于光固化成型技术的扇形喷头,其性能满足喷雾工作要求。光固化成型技术将改变传统植保喷头设计的流程和思路,提高无人机植保喷头的研发效率,促进无人机植保喷头制造水平的提高。
Basic principles and research status of stereo lithography apparatus was introduced, and research and development characteristics of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) plant protection spray head was analyzed. Fan shaped sprinkler commonly used in plant protection of UAV was prepared by stereo lithography apparatus, and a spray performance testing test - bed based on laser particle size analyzer was built. Experimental data showed that performance of fan-shaped nozzle based on stereo lithog- raphy apparatus met requirements of spray work. Stereo lithography apparatus would change design process and ideas of traditional plant protection sprinkler, improve research and development efficiency of UAV plant protection sprinkler, and promote man- ufacturing level of UAV plant protection sprinkler.
