With continuous progress of information technology in recent years, 3D animation technology has made great pro- gress. 3D animation has natural advantages in design and analysis of agricultural machinery, design structure of agricultural ma- chinery could be presented more intuitively and convenient for qualitative analysis. Application principle, advantages and char- acteristics of 3D animation were introduced, and application of 3D animation in qualitative analysis of agricultural machinery was analyzed.
