无臭式重力干清粪工艺设计及关键技术运用 被引量:4

摘要 为实现机械化处理生猪粪污,适应规模化发展需要,开发了无臭式重力干清粪工艺。介绍了无臭式重力干清粪工艺技术要点,通过在部分养殖场的实践运用证明,无臭式重力干清粪工艺集成技术可节约养殖用水、防治恶臭、实现废污无害化处理和肥料化、能源化应用,具有极大推广价值。 In order to realize mechanized treatment of piggery wastes to meet large-scale development, odorless gravity dry cleaning manure process and technology were developed. Technical points of odorless gravity dry cleaning manure process were introduced, through practice on some plants, it is proved that odorless gravity dry cleaning manure process integrated technology could save water for breeding, prevent and cure stench, achieve harmless treatment and fertilizer and energy application of pig- gery wastes, odorless gravity dry cleaning manure process and technology has great promotion value.
