摘要 针对目前我国传统搂草设备存在的干燥速度慢、散草打捆困难和草根容易捂烂等问题,研制出适应市场需求的9LZ-6. 0型指盘式搂草机,各项技术性能指标均能满足设计要求。通过中置式液压系统实现了搂草装置的灵活调节,搂草装置在液压系统自动操控下进行V型折叠翻转、舒展打开;搂草幅度可无级调节、搂草齿尖离地高度可调,单个搂草盘可独立仿型,而且还可以完成搂地膜作业。通过对主要工作部件的运动学模拟仿真,并对样机进行了田间试验,通过试验结果与技术指标的分析对样机进行了优化设计,结果可知该机型操作方便、使用可靠、搂草质量好且生产率高,可满足我国饲草收获的要求。 Aiming at problems such as low drying speed, baling ditticulties of scatter hay and grass-roots rotten, a new type of 9LZ-6.0 finger-disc lawn mower was developed to meet market demand and its technical performance indexes could meet design re- quirements. Flexible adjustment of lawn-wiping device was realized by middle hydraulic system, and lawn-wiping device was folded, turned over and opened in V- shape under automatic control of hydraulic system. Width of grass could be adjusted steplessly, height of tooth tip of grass could be adjusted from ground, and a single grass tray could be modeled independently, and plastic film covering operation could be completed. Through kinematics simulation of main working parts, a field experiment was carried out on prototype. Through analysis of test results and technical indicators, prototype was optimized. Results showed that model was easy to operate, reliable to use, good quality and high productivity, and could meet requirements of forage harvesting in China.
