Construction of Rural Professional Farmers' Training System under New Situation

党的十九大报告指出,要实施乡村振兴战略,乡村振兴,关键在人,抓手在培育新型职业农民。高素质的现代新型农民是积极发展现代农业、推进社会主义新农村建设的主力军。在当前新形势下必须要依靠新型职业农民培训,加强对农民的进一步教育,促进农业科技人才和农村实用人才的培养,铸就新型职业农民队伍的建设,促进农业现代化的实现。首先指出新型职业农民内涵,论述了培养新型职业农民的重要意义,最后提出新形势下农村职业农民培养体系构建措施。

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of Party has pointed out that in order to implement strategy of rural revitalization, the key to rural revitalization was to cultivate new professional farmers. High-quality modern new farmers are main force to actively develop modern agriculture and promote construction of new socialist countryside. In current new situation, training of new-type professional farmers was relied on, further education of farmers was strengthened, cultivation of agricultural scientific and technological personnel and rural practical personnel was promoted, new-type professional peasants was casted, and realization of agricultural modernization was promoted. Connotation of new-type professional peasants was firstly pointed out, important significance of training new-type professional peasants was disscussed, and construction measures of rural professional peasants＇ training system under new situation were finally put forward.
