569例儿科患者用药微信咨询的回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis on Consultation of Medication of 569 Pediatric Patients Based on WeChat

目的:探究微信用药咨询服务模式,为儿科患者用药咨询提供更好地建议,保障儿童家庭用药的安全性。方法:抽取2016年7月—2018年6月间微信群接收的569例儿科用药咨询资料,分析资料中咨询的药物类别及内容。结果:咨询药物类别排名前3位的为呼吸系统用药、消化系统用药、维生素及矿物质缺乏用药,咨询内容排名前3位的为适应证、药物选择和用法用量。结论:开展微信用药咨询是院内药学咨询服务的延伸与补充,是一项值得推广的药学服务模式。

Objective： To explore the mode of medication consulting services based on WeChat, and to provide bet- ter suggestions for pediatric medication consultation, and to ensure the safety medication of children at home. Meth- ods： 569 cases of pediatric medication consultation received from WeChat group from July 2016 to June 2018 were col- lected. The medicine category and content of consultation were analyzed. Results： The 3 TOP medicine category of con- sultation were respiratory medication, digestive medication, and vitamin as well as mineral substanes deficiency medica- tion. The TOP 3 content of consultation were indication, medicines selection and usage. Conclusion： Medication consul- tation based on WeChat is the extension and complement of hospital pharmaceutical consulting serviees. This is a phar- maceutical care mode which is worth promoting.
