Study on the Antidepressant Mechanism of Astragaloside

目的:运用经典抑郁动物模型研究黄芪甲苷的抗抑郁作用,并探讨四氢孕酮在黄芪甲苷抗抑郁效应中的作用。方法:小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量黄芪甲苷,运用强迫游泳实验和悬尾实验研究黄芪甲苷的抗抑郁作用,并检测小鼠前额皮层和海马体中四氢孕酮水平。结果:黄芪甲苷在40mg/kg浓度时具有抗抑郁作用,其抗抑郁样作用与四氢孕酮生物合成相关。结论:黄芪甲苷具有抗抑郁作用,该作用与四氢孕酮生物合成相关。

Objective：To verify the antidepressant effect of Astragaloside by using classical depressive animals and to explore the role of allopregnanolone in the antidepressant effect of Astragaloside.Methods：Mice were injected intraperitoneally with different doses of Astragaloside.The forced swimming test and tail suspension test were used to verify the antidepressant effect of Astragaloside and the level of allopregnanolone in the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus of mice.Results：Astragaloside has an antidepressant effect at concentrations of 40 mg/kg,and its antidepressant-like effect is related to allopregnanolone.Conclusion：Astragaloside has an antidepressant effect,which is related to allopregnanolone biosynthesis and is mediated by TSPO.
