摘要
目的:建立测定加嘎吉给中总酚含量的测定方法。方法:以没食子酸为对照品,采用分光光度法在259nm处测定加嘎吉给中多酚的含量。结果:没食子酸在0.003 2~0.016 0mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系(y=1.389 3x-0.074 1,R2=0.9999),回收率的RSD为3.25%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,具有良好的精密度、稳定性、重复性,可用于加嘎吉给中总酚酸的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of total phenols in Agrimony.Methods:Using gallic acid as reference substance,the content of polyphenols in Agrimony was determined by spectrophotometry at 259 nm.The linearity of gallic acid in the range of 0.003 2~0.016 0 mg/mL was good(y=1.389 3 x-0.074 1,R2=0.999 9).Results:The RSD of recovery was3.25%(n=6).The method is simple and accurate,and has good precision,stability and reproducibility.Conclusion:It can be used for the determination of flavonoids and total phenols in Agrimony.
