小儿宣肺止咳颗粒中多指标成分含量测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立小儿宣肺止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Kromasil 100-5Phenyl(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(含0.04%三乙胺和0.02%二正丁胺)(1∶99)为流动相,检测波长为210nm,检测盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱含量;采用Agilent Hypersil ODS(250mm×4.0mm,5μm)色谱柱,流速为1.0mL·min-1,乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(6∶94)为流动相,检测波长为207nm,检测苦杏仁苷含量。结果:盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷分别在31~993μg、29~933μg、0.09565~1.913μg质量范围内与峰面积积分线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为102.43%、101.60%、99.81%,RSD分别为1.27%、1.31%、1.20%。结论:高效液相色谱法准确、可靠、简便、迅速,适用于测定小儿宣肺止咳颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷的含量。 Objective:To establish the method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride,ephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin in Xiaoer xuanfeikezhi granules.Methods:The method of content detection of ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride as follows,the column was eluted with Kromasil 100-5 Phenyl(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(containing 0.04%triethylamine and 0.02%1∶99)as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 210 nm.The method of content detection of amygdalin as follows,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid water(6∶94)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 on an Agilent Hypersil ODS column(250 mm×4.0 mm,5μm).Results:The linear relationship between the concentration of ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin in the range of 31~993μg,29~933μg and 0.09565~1.913μg was good with the average recoveries of 102.43%,101.60%and 99.81%,(RSD 1.27%,1.31%,1.20%,respectively).Conclusion:HPLC is accurate,reliable,simple and rapid.It is suitable for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaoer Xuanfei Zhike Granule.
