论大鱼际掌纹特应征在治疗过敏性鼻炎中的辨证意义

Significance of Thenar Palmprint in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:研究大鱼际掌纹特应征在治疗过敏性鼻炎中的辨证意义。方法:选取大鱼际掌纹特应征阳性的过敏性鼻炎患者76例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。两组均予以雷诺考特鼻喷雾剂(1喷64μg,2次/d)治疗。观察组在雷诺考特治疗的基础上予以金匮肾气丸(每次5g,2次/d)。治疗8周,观察治疗后临床疗效改善率,并随访患者1年之内的发病情况。结果:临床改善率方面,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗1年复发情况明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大鱼际掌纹特应征是过敏性鼻炎"肾虚质"的外在表现。补肾渗湿法对于过敏性鼻炎患者具有较好的疗效,能减少复发的概率。

Objective：To observe the significance of thenar palmprint in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods：A total of 76 allergic rhinitis patients with significance of thenar palmprint were randomly divided into two groups（n =38）.Two groups of patients were to be treated with rhinocort aqua（64 g）bid.Observation group in the Western medicine on the basis of the treatment of Jinkui Shenqi pill,5 grams,bid.For the treatment to 8 weeks,both of the two groups were treated in two courses to observe the clinical efficacy index after treatment,and follow-up the condition of that patients within 1 year of patients with recidivation and in treatment.Results：The clinical efficacy index of the treatment group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The number of recidivation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The thenar palmprint is the outer character of allergic rhinitis patients＂kidney vacuity physical capacity＂.The tonifying kidney and infiltration method has a good effect on allergic rhinitis and reduces the number of recidivation.
