中西医结合诊治肺结节病1例 被引量：4

摘要 结节病是累及多个系统的原因不明确的一种肉芽肿性疾病,主要侵犯肺和淋巴系统,而后是眼部和皮肤,侵犯至肺则称之为肺结节病。结节病以受累脏器,尤其是肺脏的非干酪样坏死性肉芽肿为病理特点,其特征性免疫异常表现是病变组织聚集大量激活的Th1型CD4＋T细胞和巨噬细胞[1]。现将我院呼吸科中西医结合诊治的肺结节病1例总结报道如下。1一般资料患者王某,女性,51岁。因“间断发热1月.
