知柏地黄汤治疗肝肾阴虚型腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Syndrome of Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney

目的:观察知柏地黄汤对治疗肝肾阴虚型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机取样法,选取符合纳入标准的30例患者,分别从临床疗效和疼痛视觉模拟法(VAS法)等方面进行临床效果的评价。结果:通过对纳入标准的30例患者进行随访,随访约6~15个月,末次随访根据《中医病证诊断疗效标准》可知,总有效率为93.33%。与治疗前相比,治疗后患者VAS评分明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:服用知柏地黄汤加减能够有效缓解肝肾阴虚型腰椎间盘突出症的临床症状。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods：Thirty patients were selected by randomly selected.The effects of treatment were evaluated from clinical efficacy and Pain Visual Analogue（VAS）.Results：30 patients were followed up for about 6~15 months,Comparing with the latest treatment,which according to the standard of TCM diagnosis,the successful treatment respond was up to 93.33%.Besides,compared to the VAS score before treatment,the VAS score of the patients after treatment was significantly improved,and the difference has statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Zhibai Dihuang Decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation with yin deficiency of liver and kidney.
