糖尿病视网膜病变的早期中药干预研究进展

A Research on the Progress of Early Intervening Diabetic Retinopathy with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目前西医治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy,DR)的措施主要有药物、视网膜激光、手术。激光和手术的治疗着重在中晚期,而DR发展到晚期难逆转,因此早期防治尤为重要。至今对DR的干预仍无特效药物,医治的关键在于延缓病情的进展。中医对早期延缓疾病的进程具有一定的优势,故该文收集近几年早期治疗DR的文献,并从眼与脏腑关系的角度出发作一综述,以期为早期干预提供参考。

At present, Western medicine treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy （DR） mainly includes drugs, retinal lasers and surgery. The treatment of laser and surgery focuses on the middle and late stages of the prob- lem, while it is difficult to reverse the development of DR in the late stage. Therefore, early prevention and treatment are important. So far, there is no specific drug for DR intervention. The key to the treatment is to de- lay its progression.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages for the delay of the disease process at the early stage. Therefore, this article collected literature on early treatment of DR in recent years, and summarized it from the point of the view of the relationship between the eye and the viscera in order to provide reference for early intervention.
