摘要
虽然针对肺部微生物的研究起步相对滞后,但随着新型16SrRNA基因测序技术的应用,打破了传统"健康状态下肺部无菌"的观点,揭露了健康状态与病理状态下肺部均存在微生群落。在此基础上,从微生物学角度加强探索肺部疾病的发生发展机制,现已取得一些有价值的成果,尤其是对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的研究更加突出。研究发现,慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺微生物菌群存在失调,微生物主体存在高度异质性,其肺微生物菌落的多样性、丰富度与宿主免疫应答相关,并影响着慢性阻塞性肺疾病的演变过程等,这些研究成果为我们认识慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发病机制提供了进一步的证据。本文从肺微生物学角度,综述慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺微生物菌落与病情进展、相关宿主免疫应答等关联性的研究现状。
Although the research on pulmonary microorganisms started relatively late, with the new 16S rRNA gene sequencing technology was used, the traditional view of "no bacteria in healthy lung" was broken a- way. It is revealed that there are microbial communities in both healthy and pathological lung. On this basis, some valuable achievements in exploring the mechanism of lung disease from the microbiological point of view were made, especially in the study of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Studies have shown that there is a high degree of heterogeneity in the main microorganisms of COPD patients. There is a high degree of heterogene- ity in microorganism, and the diversity and richness of pulmonary microbial colonies are related to host immune response, and closely affect the evolution of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
