摘要
探究微波辅助下MMT/I_2催化2-二乙硫基亚甲基-3-羟基丁酸乙酯与吲哚的偶联反应.研究表明,在50℃条件下,以DMSO作溶剂,催化剂用量为0. 20 mmol,反应4 h,2-二乙硫基亚甲基-3-羟基丁酸乙酯与吲哚能有效进行偶联反应,产率可达80%~89%.
In this paper, it discussed the coupling reaction of ethyl 2-diethyhhiomethylene-3- hydroxybutyrate and indoles catalyzed by MMT/I2 under microwave-assisted condition. The result demonstrate that in the presence of 0.20 mmol catalyst, the coupling reaction between 2-diethylthio- methylene-3-hydroxybutyrate and indole can be effectively carried out under the conditions of 50 ℃, DMSO as solvent for 4 h . High Yield (80% -89% ) can be obtained.
