大型水库饮用水水源保护区划分——以老营盘水库为例 被引量:10

摘要 水库作为饮用水的主要水源之一,其保护区划分至关重要。老营盘水库总库容为1.017亿m3,服务人口12.31万人,水库水量在特枯年限利用其可调水量能满足供应需求。水库2014-2017年水质较好,除个别指标,指标基本能达到II类。老营盘水库COD、氨氮、TN、TP水环境容量分别为3 655.33、245、731.87、36.59 t/a,能满足保护区内现有污染源需求环境容量。老营盘水库保护区划分为一级保护区、二级保护区、准保护区,面积分别为:1.8、10.2、37.3 km2。 It is very important to divide reservoirs into protected areas.The total storage capacity of Lao Yingpan Reservoir is 101.7 million m3.Its service population is 123100.The water quantity of reservoir can satisfy its demands in the driest year by using its adjustable water quantity.The water quality of the reservoir from 2014 to 2017 was good except for some indexes.Its index can almost reach Class II.Its water environment capacity of COD/NH3-N/TN/TP is 3 655.33、245、731.87、36.59 t/a,which can meet the demand of the existing pollution sources in the nature reserves.The nature reserves of Laoyingpan Reservoir is divided into the first-class reserve,the second-class reserve and quasi-reserve,with an area of 1.8、10.2、37.3 km2,respectively.
