职业技术教育学硕士研究生科研能力的结构特征、发展现状及影响因素

The Research Competence of Technical and Vocational Education Postgraduate Students: Structure, Current Situation and Influencing Factors

科研能力是衡量职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养质量的重要指标。以我国10所高校的117名职业技术教育学硕士为研究对象,探究其科研能力的结构特征、发展现状及影响因素。调查发现:职业技术教育学硕士科研能力的结构包含科研基础能力、批判性思维、创新性思维以及学术规范与学术发表四个维度。四个维度的整体发展水平按得分由高到低依次为:学术规范与学术发表、批判性思维、创新性思维、科研基础能力,且在学校类型、年级分布、性别与学科背景等方面呈现显著差异。同时,专业选择动机、科研基础与经历等个体特征、课程教学方式与导师科研训练以及科研能力培养的支持环境对职业技术教育学硕士研究生科研能力的强化具有显著影响。

Research competence is the important standard to reflect the quality of technical and vocational education postgraduate students. In this survey, 117 postgraduate students majoring in technical and vocational education from 10 universities were surveyed through questionnaires. On the data disposed and analyzed by the software of SPSS19.0, the conclusions can be made as follows： the structure of research competence of technical and vocational education postgraduate students including four parts： research competence basis, critical thinking, innovation thinking and academic norms and publication. At present, the integral level of technical and vocational education postgraduate students research competence is low, and showing clear difference on the types of universities, sexuality and grades. At the same time, the major choosing motivation, the way of teaching and curriculum assessment, studying atmosphere and others have marked influences on the development of technical and vocational education postgraduate students research competence.
