教育功能视角下中职“后示范”内涵与发展路向 被引量:1

摘要 中职教育面临的就业难和吸引力低下问题,表明其内外因发生了深刻变化。从教育双向功能的统一性考察,进入"后示范"期的中职教育应有新的内涵:需要以培养技能文化升学人才为主,同时注重拔尖技艺和一技之长人才的培养。新时代的社会经济转型,从教育的社会功能上要求中职"后示范"转向以适度超前的新技术人才培养和项目研发方式,引领地方经济的发展。现代职教体系的建立,又从育人功能上要求"后示范"转向技能文化升学教育。育人本体功能理论、立交桥式的升学政策为此提供了理论依据和现实可行性。聚焦技能文化升学教育和因材施教的实践突破,为中职"后示范"建设中三类学生潜能的发展提供了有效路径。 The employment difficulties and low attractiveness show that there have been profound changes in internal and external causes of secondary vocational education. Reviewing from the unity of the two-way function of education, secondary vocational education should have new connotations: Its main task is to cultivate talents with technology culture to enter higher school ,while to cultivate personals to be top workmanship and skills generally. In the new era, as the socio-economic transitions, the social function of education calls for the secondary vocational education to lead the development of local economy by new technical personnel training moderately ahead and project research development. While the establishment of modern vocational education system required to turn to promotion function of education in wich the culture of skill sets is valued, which theoretical basis and realistic feasibility are provide by the noumenon function of educating and the overpass education policy.
