摘要
伴随着高校专业目录历年来的修订,我国职教教师培养的专业目录经历了从无到有、从单列到特设的过程。我国职教教师培养专业设置体现适应性、协调性和灵活性特点的同时,因政策支持力度不足、学术地位被边缘化和专业设置缺乏科学研究等原因,仍存在独立性缺失、稳定性不足和规范性欠缺等一系列问题。推行鼓励政策、制定规范目录、构建专业标准体系和建立质量保障机制,是我国职教教师培养专业设置科学、持续发展的重要出路。
The specialty catalogue for vocational teacher education in China has experienced the blanking period, the "single list" period and the "particular setting" period in decades with the revision of the specialty catalogue for colleges. The specialty setting for vocational teacher education in China has the characteristics of adaptability, coordination and flexibility. Due to the insufficiency of policy support, the marginalization of academic status and the deficiency of scientific research, the problems of the specialty setting for vocational teacher education are lack of independence, stability and normalization. The specialty setting for vocational teacher education needs to be further researched and developed in the following aspects: push the encouragement policies, enact the normative specialty catalogue, set up the professional standard system and construct the quality guarantee system for vocational teachers.
