石墨烯/氧化铁复合材料的制备及其超级电容性能研究

摘要 采用恒温磁力水浴搅拌法一步制备出石墨烯/氧化铁复合材料。超声法制备石墨烯为基底,DMF(N,N-二甲基甲酰胺)和蒸馏水混合溶液为有机溶剂,FeCl2、无水乙酸钠为反应物。文章主要研究FeCl2添加量对制备石墨烯/氧化铁复合材料微观结构和超级电容性能的影响。研究结果表明:在100 mg氯化亚铁添加量条件下制备出的石墨烯/氧化铁复合材料展现出最佳超级电容性能,2 A/g电流密度下比容量高达727 F/g。 graphene oxide/iron oxide composites were prepared by constant temperature magnetic stirring.The graphene was prepared by ultrasonic method.The mixture of DMF(N,N-two methyl formamide)and distilled water was organic solvent,FeCl2 and anhydrous sodium acetate were reactant.The effect of FeCl2 addition on the microstructure and supercapacitor properties of graphene/iron oxide composites was studied in this paper.The results showed that the prepared graphene/iron oxide composite had the best supercapacitor performance under the addition of 100 mg ferrous chloride,and the specific capacity of 2 A/g current density was up to 727 F/g.
